For Users

General Information

GoldnLilies connects users with trusted vendors for event services. Users can browse vendors, book services, and make payments directly through the app. Vendors create detailed catalogs to showcase their services and communicate with potential clients through our platform.
GoldnLilies is available to anyone planning personal, corporate, or social events, including individuals, businesses, and event organizers.

Account Management

Click 'Sign Up,' enter your details, and verify your email to get started.
Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Transactions/Withdrawals

We accept credit and debit cards, along with other payment options supported by PayStack.
Once you've agreed on pricing with a vendor, click 'proceed to hire', fill in the service details, and make payments using any of the available payment methods.
Currently, refunds are not available. Please ensure you’re fully ready to host your event before hiring a vendor.
A small service fee may apply. You'll be informed of any fees before completing your payment.

For Vendors

General Information

To join, simply sign up on our platform and create a user profile. Switch your account type to vendor and enter the OTP code sent to you for verification. Then, provide additional details about your company and link your social media accounts.
GoldnLilies welcomes all event-related vendors, including caterers, decorators, photographers, planners, entertainers, and more.
GoldnLilies helps you showcase your work to a broader audience, enhance your visibility, improve your brand reputation, manage service requests, communicate easily with clients, and receive payments.

Account Management

To update your profile, log in to your account, go to 'My Profile,' and click on 'Edit Profile' to make the necessary changes.
Yes, you can link your social media accounts to your GoldnLilies profile. To do this, click on the profile icon, select your profile name, and then add the links to your social media accounts in the designated section.
Yes, you can switch your account type at any time by clicking the 'Switch to User' button at the top right of your Nav bar.
If you forget your password, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

Transactions/Withdrawals

Payments are processed through our escrow system. You will need to specify the percentage of the upfront payment required for your service. Clients pay 100% of the service fee into their escrow wallet. The system releases the upfront payment to you before you begin the service, and the remaining balance is released upon completion and client confirmation.
GoldnLilies accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other options supported by PayStack.
To request a withdrawal, go to the 'Earnings' page of your account, click 'Withdraw Cash,' and input the transaction details to transfer your earnings.
Our escrow system secures your upfront payment before you commit resources to a service. If a client defaults, we have established procedures to address the issue and protect your interests.
If the client does not mark your service as "completed" after the service has been delivered, the escrow system will automatically release the payment to you after 7 working days. This ensures that vendors are compensated fairly and on time, even if the client forgets or delays confirming completion.
